I earned a B.S. from Carnegie Mellon University with a double major in Industrial Management and Economics.After graduating college in 1992, I began my career in financial services. I held several securities licenses, all of which I attained through self study. As my career advanced, I was frequently asked by my managers to train newer employees in the daily operations in our offices. When I became a manager, I took on this responsibility in a more formal role, including preparing new hires for their licensing exams.
