My teaching style is focused on student achievement. Many parents complain that their child does poorly on tests. This is often a result of inadequate teaching practices which fail to recognize individual learning differences in students. My goal in teaching is to individualize the learning process for each student, so that the student understands and retains knowledge and is able to explain what they learned. A Little Bit About Me...

To me, teaching is the most rewarding profession that exists. I serve as a mentor to many children that I comes across and I love the feeling of being able to educate them to no end. I believe that patience and a genuine concern for children is what makes an educator successful at teaching a child.
I graduated from Temple University in May of 2008 with my Bachelor's of Business Administration. I was a junior counselor at a Basketball Camp in the summer of 2007 as well. I am very comfortable around children and have tutored numerous neighborhood children in the past. I was a substitute teacher from 2007 to May of 2008 until I received my current job. I recently renewed my certification so that I can return to substitute teaching to move towards getting my teaching certificate.
