Teaching Style

Many students come to science and in particular chemistry with some apprehension. My approach is to teach chemistry with. a process oriented style. Some oil my greatest successes have been with students who lacked confidence in. chemistry and went on to science or science related fields. I am confident that all students can enjoy and excel in chemistry with the right approach.

In addition to my work as a teacher, I was an Athletic Trainer for 34 years. That experience helps me to understand and appreciate the unique demands that are placed on high school athletes.
