Experience Summary
I am recent graduate with a degree in French and a minor in biological sciences from Clemson University. In addition I have worked as a supplemental instructor at Clemson for chemistry students, which involves preparing review material and tutoring small to medium groups. I am familiar with the tutor cycle and other methods of effectively relaying information to students so that they can learn and develop their capabilities as a student.
Teaching Style
I have experience with leading groups of students and one-on-one tutoring. I like to use examples, practice problems, and practical applications in teaching. I also encourage students to do as much work as possible on their own so that they develop their abilities and feel capable.
