Experience Summary
My ADHD Coaching experience is through the UNH training program. The classes prepared me to provide a strengths based, step by step approach to supporting students. I'm continuing to take courses so I can use cutting edge techniques to help students improve their executive functioning skills. My counseling and teaching experience has spanned 10 years and my goal is to help students and families enhance their self esteem while improving their study skills.

Teaching Style
I use a strengths based, positive coaching style to encourage students to achieve their goals. I use a step by step process and easy to use techniques to help students with ADHD improve their executive functioning skills. Together we will put together a plan that will help students succeed. My extensive background in counseling helps me understand the feelings that can accompany ADHD.
My Hobbies
I'm very active (running, swimming, triathlons) and believe that exercise helps children and teens succeed in all aspects of life, including school. It is an important component of a healthy lifestyle plan.
