I just recently graduated California State University with a degree in Liberal Studies. Within this degree I chose to emphasize on mathematics because I want to become a high school math teacher. I have taken every course from Algebra-Intermediate Calculus. I am highly experienced in Algebra 1 and Geometry. I have been working at a probation school for a year and a half with at risk middle school and high school students. One of my many obligations is to help my students in math. I mainly tutor my students in Algebra 1 and Geometry.

I aced Geometry in high school and in college, and I have also passed the Geometry portion of the CSET, which is a test that certifies that I can teach Geometry in a classroom. Geometry is my favorite math course, and I hope to teach it one day to high school students.

While tutoring my students in Algebra 1, I have also frequently tutored students that are far behind in Pre-Algebra.

I took Pre-Calculus over the summer in college about a year ago and I aced the course. It was fairly easy for me.

ASVAB

I have tutored someone before on the ASVAB math portion and he did fairly well on the exam. He greatly appreciated my services. I am only confident in tutoring the English/Math portion of the exam.

SAT - Math

I am not experienced in tutoring SAT math, however with my skills I feel very confident in tutoring this subject.

I played the flute from 5th grade to 10th grade in high school. I still remember most of what I learned.
