I have limited experience in tutoring. The experiences include tutoring student nurses in the clinical facilities and in the Fundamentals of Nursing. When I worked with the students in the facilities, I would always demonstrate an organized way of assessing a patient from head-to-toe. I would ask a patient to agree to this procedure. I explained exactly what I would be doing. I emphasized that all the clinical students (males and females) would be watching and asking me questions.
