I live in Boston for over 15 years and love to teach Portuguese to Americans or any English speaker. I noticed in the past five years that a lot of americans have the desire to learn Brazilian Portuguese, however it is not very common to find places to teach this language in Boston area.Because of it, I decided to teach some close friends of mine and they suggested that I started doing it as a job. In Brazil, I was teaching Portuguese to a group of Canadians and two German girls. I just needed to quit the lessons because of my Exchange Program in the US (2011). Many people are interested in learning Portuguese due the World Cup in 2014 and the Olympic Games in 2016, both in Brazil. Also, they are hiring English teachers, since now Brazilians want to learn English to work in those games. It is a good opportunity if you want to go to Brazil.

Great lessons made fun!

I use common phrases to start and then continue with common verbs and increase the vocabulary with common everyday words. I use my fun, outgoing personality to make sure that the lessons are not only fun but also stick in he mind for maximum retention of each lesson.
I lived in Brazil and taught English to Brazilians. I also taught Portuguese to Americans who were living in Brazil. I like to get online with My students and provide with a study dynamics which revolves on some exercises, speaking the language is important in order to be able to dominate it. Learn the basics in a really easy fashion, you can do anything if you put your mind into it. Several tests will be presentend on each stage of lessons.
