My teaching philosophy is simple, help students write to the best of their ability, give them the tools to engage in critical thinking, and challenge them to write about what they are interested in. Writing is clearly a skill that crosses majors, and is a critical skill in the workplace. I pride myself in being able to get students to see that writing is not only a practical skill, but also a lifelong skill.
