I graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. I have taught as a public school teacher for the last 25 years. I have worked in several political campaigns, as well as a reporter. I did graduate work in Journalism at the University of Missouri School of Journalism. I like to adapt my teaching style to that of the student. I am trained in identifying the different learning modalities of students. I am result-oriented and work towards a specific goal such as increasing a skill and/or grades.
