From the time I was a very young child I was able to write well and express what I was thinking on paper. In fact in the 5th grade I remember that every student was required to take the same test. A few weeks later, about ten student were called into a particular classroom where we were surprised to see our parents. It turned out that the test was an aptitude test and we were the highest scoring students and I learned that I scored a perfect score on the writing and grammar portion of the test. Obviously I was only in the 5th grade, but throughout my academic career I always did well in writing. I got an A in English Composition, an A in AP English, got a 5 out of 5 in the AP English exam, and received a perfect score on the writing section of the ACT.
