My experience with the Hebrew language is life long; I was born and raised in Israel. I believe that being Israeli is not enough to teach Hebrew as a second language. As I mentioned in my profile, I am certified to teach Hebrew as a second language. This is where I received an education in Modern Hebrew, and have currently reached an intermediate level in spoken and written forms. Furthermore, I have been working as a teaching assistant for the past few years at Temple Beth El with students ranging from grades 3-6. In the winter of 2012 I traveled to Israel through the Birthright program where I was able to expand my language proficiency, and am working at becoming fluent.
