Individualized learning/teaching for optimal comprehension

I started tutoring as a young adult helping young children with Autism Spectrum Disorders develop English and Math skills as well as speech therapy and public speaking. I tutored my fellow students while attending Carroll Community College in English 101 and 102 and Creative Writing. I have worked with every age group from 6 weeks to 21 years old as a teacher, a behavioral therapist, and a tutor.
I take a hands on material approach to learning/teaching. I prefer a laid back setting for learning based on the principles of mutual respect. My comments on tutoring Graphic Design : This is basically all about how to lay out commercial type of art for such things as logos. It goes hand in hand with the other categories mentioned here.

My comments on tutoring Graphic Design : My background is Graphic Design. I'm an expert in Photoshop and Illustrator, which are industry standard. I can help you master these apps.

My teaching style is hands on. I challenge each student and help their progress. I also provide real world applications. For example they must create a mask in Photoshop and create a 5 page website with HTML, CSS and include files.
Sixteen years in multimedia including Graphics, Web, Flash, and Video. Taught for four years at the college level at High-Tech Institute and two years at LaGrange High school. I've worked for large and small corporations. I've done freelance for Aquent.com, who is known for hiring only top notch designers and developers, in our field of Graphic Communications or multimedia. I've also done freelance for Marriott Hotel. This was very fun and did complete rug designs in Illustrator. I do have experience as an Instructor, Art Director, and as the Designer or Developer.
