My comments on tutoring Ballroom Dancing : I have been dancing for 10 years, know the basics of ballroom dancing. Can teach how to dance for certain occasions. Simply can teach how to move and not embarrass yourself.

Have been teaching different age range, from 5 to 60. For children I will find fun way to learn a new language, by singing songs or picture memorization. For adults it does not have to be boring either, we can learn songs or culture of russian people. Dancing and painting is always fun for any age group. As long as you have your goal in mind and determined to get it, I will help you to achieve it. I cannot wait to support you on that journey.

B-boy style by the mile!!!!

I have breakdancing since '98. I have competed and won many battles both alone and with my old breakdancing crew. I have taught an all ages class successfully for one year and a middle school class for another single year. I have done choreography and am very proficient in innovating and creating new moves. I can do: flips (front and back), power-moves i.e. windmills, flare, 1990's, 2000's, and more, and many different styles of footwork! I can also assist you with regular modern hip-hop moves as well.
My teaching style is definitely more of a facilitator/demonstrator style where I show and teach you the moves step by step then encourage you (the peer) to learn, search, and practice independently.

I have had 20 years of dance experience including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Modern, Lyrical, and Ballroom. 2 years previous to my dance experience I took gymnastics. I was a teacher's assistant at the age of 14 and began teaching by myself at age of 16 totaling 9 years. My favorite style of dance is tap and it is what I am best at.
