Knowing the law, knowing how to analyze legal problems in a step by step fashion, and having the skills to teach the Law (and teach decisive Exam Taking Skills) are entirely different disciplines. I am thoroughly competent across the full spectrum. I invariably receive 5 of 5 Star ratings in tutoring Law Students and Bar Applicants. On a per session hour basis (in teaching Law Students and Bar applicants), I have accumulated over 530 five-star ratings and nothing less. I am especially suited to serve as your personal tutor based on my Rhodes Scholarship nomination (out of 15,000 students, University wide), my first in class Law School Graduating Senior Award, the fact I was first in my law school: 1L-3L, Law Review, decades of tutoring, serving as a law professor for 20 years, coaching and judging moot court competitions, and- formerly- my 18 years as a trial and appellate attorney with "big law" [now 2200 attorneys worldwide (where I was fast-tracked to partnership and branch division head)]. Over the years through various concerns I have taught, tutored, and lectured to over 7,000 students, applicants, lawyers, businessmen, and businesswomen.

Teaching Style
Personalized, substantive study materials provided, exam skills recaps (MC and Essay) provided, session agendas and post-session summaries provided, questions of my Law Students and Bar Applicants which I encourage to be posed to me between scheduled tutoring sessions will be answered without charge. In addition I regularly, between sessions, circulate new materials (including my commentary on current events in the law)- again no charge. The Law can be made much less complex that your Professors may believe and I have specific tools that will allow you to ascertain the law and apply the law to facts in minutes, while your Professors may take days to cover the same topic.

| I tutor many of the legal subjects taught in Law School and all subjects tested on the various UBE or state-specific Bar Exams. All too often, professors and those authoring the Bar Exams believe that the law should be made difficult for Students and Applicants. I take what your Professors believe (and teach) is complex and make it simple, whether with the use of "self-defining" legal terms and jargon, through the use of one-page (not 20 page) outlines, through the use of "arrow" outlines, through the application of the latest in learning science, through in-class note-taking skills, attending- religiously- to your individual progress charts (which I prepare at no charge), and preparing detailed study schedules for your classes and tutoring sessions. You will quickly learn how to "Read the Law" as expressed in judicial opinions (judge made law) and how to recap your analysis by employing smart and efficient case briefs.
