Experience Summary

I have taught Kindergarten - 5th Grade general and special education for over 20 years. My passion is helping students overcome learning difficulties. In addition to holding teaching credentials, I have been trained in Orton-Gillingham, and Lindamood-Bell. My specialty is helping elementary students with reading, but I am able to effectively teach math as well.

Teaching Style

I am a positive and caring teacher. I identify a student's strengths and weaknesses, and develop an individualized plan to support them. I believe that young learners need multi-sensory instruction to be the most successful.
