Experience Summary
Recent retiree with 35 years of educational experience at the elementary level. I have taught elementary students from grades Kindergarten to 6th grade. I have taught math, spelling, writing, word analysis/phonics, reading comprehension and vocabulary. I have worked in 1:1 groups and larger. I have worked in face to face settings and virtual settings.
Teaching Style
My style is responsive. I meet the student where they are and work on what they want to improve.
My Hobbies
I am learning Spanish! I also enjoy spending time with my family playing games. I am learning more and more how to play games on Zoom!
