Experience Summary
My name is Castain Alfred, III. I have been working with students for about five years now from a Teacher to a Counselor role. I believe all students are special and capable of much success in life. Every student has the capabilities of becoming a LEADER. In the past I worked in the following roles; SPED Teacher Assistant, Guidance Counselor, Tutor, After School Worker, and Substitute Teacher. Every student is different and unique in their own way. It makes my heart feel good when I have made an impact on a child's life or they pass their classes. While working with students, my approach is identify what they need to learn, and work on a plan to help the child master their educational goal.
