Experience Summary
I studied Aerospace Fluids and Mechanics of Materials Engineering at the University of Minnesota, for both my bachelor's degree and my master's degree. I made the Dean’s Honor List (4.0) in my last year at Minnesota. While I was in the graduate school program, I worked at ROSEMOUNT Engineering Co. in the Aerospace department, where my first project was the design of the SR71 “BLACKBIRD” Frontal Pitot-Static system. I now teach students how to easily pass undergraduate and graduate elasticity (Mechanics of Materials) courses, fluidic aerospace technology, and vibration/shock in aerospace (a must to be considered for jobs in Aerospace). Also, I can get you there quickly with 18+ years of experience in all FEA software-PATRAN, ANSYS, FEMAP, etc. (another must for aerospace industry jobs) and I have software for those who need it to use it, temporarily.
I have extensive experience tutoring all aspects of mathematics for any skill level (trigonometry, algebra, calculus- differential and integral, statistics, logarithms, etc.) and I am skilled at making it easily mastered.
As well as my teaching pursuits, I like to create inventions (golf clubs, gun locks, avalanche survival air-bag kits, etc.). When I get the chance, I climb a few mountains.
