Experience Summary
Over 30 years; I specialize in teaching piano, choral conducting, vocal pedagogy, ethno-musicology, composition, music theory, harmony / counterpoint, and ear-training with solfege. I have taught children 6-18 for the past 30 years.
I firmly believe that great education knowledge needs to be unfettered from the towers of elite schools like the Academy of Music in Paris, The Juilliard School, and others; this is why in 2005
I initiated a project called i-Learn Music 4 Free.
In this spirit that I have published over 55 music education manuals, and created 32 ear-training lessons, available for free at 32 Free Lessons for Ear-Training with Solfege {32 hours, 448 videos}. Every child can develop a professional musical ear and enjoy the benefits of a solid music education through singing with Solfege.
