Experience Summary
A young professional with a unique combination of teaching experience and technical skills, bringing to the table the high-energy ability to combine technical and scientific instruction at all age levels. My 16 years of experience at Wayne Township, Ben Davis High School science department, has allowed me to vary my interests in our natural world by teaching the following subjects; Biology: Honors Zoology: Environmental Science: Earth and Space Science: and Botany. These classes have encompassed many hands-on experiences such as online course material accessible to all students, the utilization of a laboratory setting with an emphasis on technology and designing a curriculum based on dissection of all phyla in the animal kingdom with an emphasis on anatomy and physiology. Finally many self-made activities involved the investigation of the processes that shape our planet.
I am qualified as an adjunct professor for both graduate and undergraduate students. Collegiate experience includes development of online course material encompassing; Microsoft Office applications, uses of technology in education, web page development, installation of software and hardware, distance learning and the utilization of educational Internet resources.
