Additional Policies:

There will be a $20 cancellation fee if the tutee does not cancel within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment. Any tutee more then 19 minutes late to a scheduled appointment is considered a no show and will be expected to pay the full dues. If the tutee is to be more ten five minutes late I expect written notice over text or a phone call. Exceptions to the late policy will be made in some circumstances. If the tutee lives over 9 miles from the tutor there will be a $4 fuel surcharge for each increment of 10 miles up to 29 miles. Tutees living 30 or more miles from the tutor will pay a fixed travel cost in addition to the hourly rate for services rendered. Tutor reserves the right to terminate the session with full pay if the tutee in question is not fully prepared for the session. Not fully prepared is defined as not having all the necessary materials (assignments from the class, calculator, book)or not having completed an assigned task by the tutor such as additional assignments. All tutees are expected to act responsibly. They are expected to be on time, be prepared, and be ready to learn.
