Experience Summary
I am a certified genetic counselor and received my Masters in Medical Genetics/Genetic Counseling from the University of Cincinnati. I worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator in Cincinnati for two years while taking courses towards a Masters in Secondary Education in Biology. I have taught students of all ages including freshman in high school and undergraduate college students in genetics. I specialize in anything medical genetics related including molecular genetics, cytogenetics, risk assessment, psychosocial counseling, ethics in medicine, cancer genetics, prenatal genetics, adult onset genetic disorders, and pediatrics (which includes metabolic disorders, cardiovascular genetics, chromosomal conditions, etc.).
