Experience Summary
I am currently a professional journalist, but spent almost 10 years in three different California school districts. I write for two different newspapers in San Diego, as well as a local television station. I am well-versed in grammar, punctuation, spelling and all other aspects of creative writing. But most importantly, I have many years of teaching experience, as well as children of my own, and understand the fundamentals of teaching students and making sure there is proper retention of the lesson.

My teaching style is determined by the needs of the student, but I have a multitude of effective methods to improve and develop writing skills for a variety of learners.
