Teaching Style
My teaching style is very structured and organized. I teach with the style that every child is unique and learns at their own style and pace. I do not believe in rushing learning nor that every skill, style, environment or learning setting works for every student. My teaching style also mirrors the idea that children learn through hands on, interactive, tactile, and motivating experiences, resources and materials. Most of all, my style of teaching is based upon tapping into each child's own interest or interests that academics can be related and taught through.
My Hobbies
My hobbies include both academics,, sports, and volunteer. I love to read books, write poetry, write essays and articles. I also love sports such as football, soccer, weight training, running, dancing, horse back riding, kickboxing, yoga, pilates, tabata, baseball, and basketball. I love any activities outdoors such as hiking, swimming, camping, etc. As for my interest in volunteering, I love any volunteer work that relates and helps my community and young children. I am affiliated with the Boys and Girls Club of Albany, as well as I work with several community members through the gym Best Fitness in Schenectady, NY.
