Experience Summary
I have been in the training business for over 40 years. I've worked in the states of both New York and Georgia. I've taught at two college universities. I have both government and private sector training experience. I have developed training plans and programs for clients and as well as trained their staff from the mail room up through the boardroom. I meet with each of my potential clients to find out what are their training needs or learning outcome expectations and create a curriculum to meet their needs.
Teaching Style
I teach both on-line and instructor led courses. I take out the time to understand each client's learning style and know that learning does not always fit in cookie cutter shapes. I adjust my teaching techniques and methodologies to met the clients leaning style and always achieve successful sustainable learning outcomes.
My Hobbies
Always learning computer new applications; looking for new training methodologies and learning activies; reading; and listening to audio books.
