Experience Summary
I am a dance and yoga teacher specializing in Vinyasa Flow Yoga, and Modern and Contemporary Dance. I also teach Jazz, Lyrical, and Ballet to both youth and adults. I have been teaching for over 10 years and find great pleasure in helping students learn to be embodied, healthy, strong, and coordinated. I have taught at many dance studios as well as at the university level. I specialize in workshops on movement in nature, as well as site specific workshops that involve improvisation, visual art, and physical exploration.
Teaching Style
I am a student centered teacher who understands that all people learn in unique ways. I believe that a teacher should be both rigorous and demanding as well as supportive and open minded.
