Experience Summary
I just graduated in March with an Associates of Science Degree in Accounting. I also have been homeschooling my 15 and 12 year old for the last four years. This last year I taught my son Pre-Algebra where he learned a lot and passed my course with an A. I always had a strong hold for math and in high school I completed and passed Algebra II and Pre-Calculus. Before home schooling I worked as a financial secretary while dealing with numbers and math all day long.
Teaching Style
I love to teach math and seeing that expression on a child's face the moment they understand what I just taught them. I like to really try and explain math taking my time so the child learns it the first time and then I like to give them examples and watch how they work the problem to make sure they are comprehending everything.
My Hobbies
Besides my love for math and anything to do with numbers I also love to read. I love spending time with my family and just enjoying life!!!
