Experience Summary
I have three years of work experience, in railway signaling, as V&V Engineer, and in Homeland Defense Systems, as Quality Manager. Currently, I focus on Systems of Systems Development and Customer Support Services for SELEX Sistemi Integrati, Finmeccanica Italy.
As a member of teams that manage programs related to supply of Systems and Services, I provide support both in project planning and in the supply definition, development, and testing in order to guarantee the Customer Satisfaction.
The System Thinking approach and the CMMI for Development and Services model are peculiar to my daily duties, as well as my personal skill. My Communication attitude, curiosity, vision, self-confidence and my technical competences reach their goals.
