1) Worked as a biology teacher in AIMS for 2 years. AIMS that prepare K12 students for competitive entrance examination to medical school for 2 years. Several of my students were successful in getting admission to medical school.
2) Instructed Microbiology (theory and practical both) for a Para medical course for several years in State Government approved, Sri Aurobindo Engineering Institute, a vocational institute. In this institution,I taught Microbiology theory and practical both and I was in charge of microbiology laboratory as well. Para medical course is similar to medical assisting program conducted by professional institutions.
Medical Laboratory Technology course is basically a laboratory based carrier oriented program recognized by the technical department of state. I prepared students to be successful in their jobs, and trained them on theoretical and practical aspect of microbiology. Here is a small summary of responsibilities:
Provided effective classroom or laboratory instruction using methods and materials appropriate to the subject matter
- I always maintained and implemented the teaching methods that engage students and encourage them to be motivated as self learner.

- I always believe that teachers and students are very good friend and need to maintain a friendly atmosphere while engaging them with lots of group discussion and be a team player activities and learn together we can succeed.
3) Examiner of State council for Microbiology & Serology. I was selected to be external examiner for government for practical examination of paramedical students in July 2005 to July 2007. I was also invited to examine theoretical papers as a state government examiner (WB).
Further, only top rated teachers are selected to be external examiner. I was selected as an external examiner for microbiology, serology . I also evaluated the theory papers of Microbiology & Serology for the final examination conducted by state .
Teaching Style
I am passionate about teaching, and really enjoy my job. I have been tutoring all grade levels and collage level too for several years now. I believe there is no such thing as a difficult or boring subject. I can make it interesting and easy to understand. I can help you realize the why of a subject so you can accomplish the how with confidence. My tutoring and teaching experience ranges from middle school to college level. I have tutored students in one-on-one sessions and in small groups.
