Experience Summary
More than 15 years of successful teaching in all levels (adult, secondary, and college/university) teaching here and abroad. In addition, I have been in administrative positions, journalism work, and public relations with various corporate organizations and educational institutions. I also serve the community as a volunteer citizen such as serving the school site councils and the city commissions. I write for a weekly newspaper and also for Examiner.com, an online publication.
Teaching Style
Traditional approach - lecture, discussion, answer and question method, group discussion, reports, one-on-one, and book reports.
Non-traditional approach - virtual lecture, online discussion, mostly one-on-one interaction, proctored tests, and special techniques such as reading aloud, group interaction.
My Hobbies
Playing chess, bowling, reading and writing.
Other Comments
I have been working with diverse ethnic group of students making me more acceptable to all types of students.
