I am very much interested about Research, I have an experience in Molecular Biology laboratory. I got 81% in Master’s Degree also I presented seminars on Cell Cycle and DNA sequencing. I am Proficiency in PCR techniques and gel electrophorese.
Professional skills in DNA extraction from Plant materials by using of C TAB method, and NaOH method. RNA preparation. Working knowledge about SDS-PAGE.Working knowledge about ELISA. Good experience in keeping PCR. I got experience about Electrophoresis &gel loading, and documentation. Good experience in stock [buffer] solutions preparation. I got exposure about Blotting techniques.
