Experience Summary
I have a background in chemistry. I also have extensive training as a chemist and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Purdue University. My teaching activities involved teaching general and organic chemistry laboratory sections to undergraduates and giving pre-laboratory lectures. I also supervised laboratory experiments and conducted recitations
Teaching Style
I prefer to do sample problems and to work through actual homework problems (systematically) in order to help the student understand the topic at hand (I have found this to be a helpful tool when one is learning chemistry).
