Experience Summary
As you may well see, I have over ten year of secondary and post-secondary teaching experience and research. Moreover, I have spent a considerable amount of year designing effective lesson strategies and assessment tools.
Teaching Style
I am not a student of conventional teaching methods. That is to say, I tend to think outside of the box. I subscribe to the belief that what may work well for one student may not work well for another. Therefore, I design a better learning strategy that would essentially encompass the differential levels of development. You may find most instructors know how to impart the knowledge aspect of the test, but don’t know how to deal with the various educational levels grouped into one class. Thus, you find the more advance students passing the exam and the students below par failing. Allow me to be unequivocally clear. This is completely unacceptable. I believe with ever fiber of my existence that if my students fail, then I have failed them.
