Experience Summary
I graduated from Indiana University with a dual degree in Accounting and Finance. After graduation, I moved to California and worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in San Jose. There I gained extensive technical accounting expereience in numerous different business areas. Currently I am taking the CPA exam to further develop my accounting background. In college, I tutored local high school students in math.
Teaching Style
I love teaching. I like to help people gain an understanding of a concept and find satisfaction when I can tell that they understand and get it. I like to ask questions when I teach because I feel that the best way to learn something is to understand why and how it is done before doing so. I would love to use my experience in my career to help students meet their potential.
