Experience Summary
At Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, I graduated with a degree in International Relations and at Middlebury College I was a Chinese Language and Culture Studies major. With both of these educational experiences, I developed excellent communications, research and writing skills that could help students in Chinese, English, translation, social studies, political science, history, Asian studies, Japanese and other subjects.
Teaching Style
I enjoy teaching fun, insightful classes that require participation and answering questions. I can help with homework, term papers, reports and research. In terms of languages, I like teaching immersion style classes where we speak the language the student is learning the entire class, so the students get a real feel for the language. I belive that a students should only study for great grads, but should also study because it is fun and enlightening for the rest of his or her life.
