Experience Summary
When I attended Malcolm X College, my first class was a math class. I excelled in the class with an A and was asked by the professor to become a teaxchers assistant in Basic Math and Algebra. After completing my next level Math(College Algebra) I received an A and continued to tutor his students. It was then I began Tammies Tutorial Service. I tutored all ages in Basic Math and Algebra. I also tutored College Algebra and Geometry. I was then hired by the Board of Education to Supervise and tutor young teen for the Chicago Mayor's Summer Program. I continued that position for 2 years.
Teaching Style
I believe that I was born to teach. I have the gift to explain things that are usually challenging for people. I consider myself to be a people person. I communicate well with all ages and can create a realtionship that possess trust with anyone. I value the education. I am humbly thankful that I have the ability to teach and understand math. I love math. It fascinates me and I am excited to see the results in the people once they understand it too.
