No matter the technique, I always start with a thorough warm up. I begin with relaxing exercises and lead into more rigorous and conditioning exercises. I then move on to teaching and reviewing the technique. I always make sure the client has a basic understanding of the form before moving onto more advance movement. I have breakdancing since '98. I have competed and won many battles both alone and with my old breakdancing crew.
