I'm 21 and have been speaking Portuguese (Brazilian) for my entire life because my family is from Brazil. I speak the dialect from Rio which is the dialect taught in schools there. I feel this is really helpful because both my English and Portuguese are really good and that helps when trying to explain certain aspects of the Portuguese language to native English speakers who are trying to learn. Through skype so that the student can practice writing and speaking. I do this so that the students can feel more relaxed and so that no travel is required for lessons.
