I am most helpful to college students that are required to take "one Accounting Course." We can get through it! Hello! I started tutoring two years ago and I love it! After spending my career working as a CPA and Corporate Controller and Job-Cost Accountant, I found tutoring! This allows me to put my vast experience to work and assist students to understand Accounting and Math. I also spent some time working and volunteering at my children's school. My method is to reach students exactly where there at and use methods that would stimulate all types of learners . Once I was teaching a group of sixth graders who would be entering Algebra soon. I gave them a true life math example. Our equasion; a party with the number of students, quantity of different items and costs. When we devided the items their costs with the number of students we came up with how much each student had to pitch in.
