I have been a full-time tutor since 2009, and have worked with almost 500 students! I specialize in making concepts clear and meaningful by adapting my tutoring to each student's individual learning style and experiences. I also use many hands-on materials and provide concise notes pages to give students the tools to be able remember and apply the material we have worked on. I bring supplemental material for the subject area and use it as needed. Primarily, the student works problems or exercises that are required in front of me. The student verbalizes the steps and thinking processes about the subject so that I can correct fundamentals and errors in logic.
