I absolutely love performing and any aspect of theatre. I love learning and growing in my theatre knowledge and experiences. I have been performing in some way my whole world and love to share my passion with others. I also love English and Shakespeare; obviously these both go hand in hand with theatre! When teaching someone, I usually try to adapt to their learning style, and if they do not have a strategy that works, I help them develop a good learning style and get comfortable with it. My teaching style is a bit unorthodox. It's easy to lecture through to the class, but it doesn't really engage the student to want to learn. Orton Gillingham Certified Dyslexia Tutor I am a reading tutor certified in the Orton Gillingham approach of treating dyslexia. I completed the initial Orton Gillingham certification program through the IMSLEC/Chidlren's Dyslexia Center. My training included 45 hours of classroom instruction and 100 hours of practicum.
