Currently, I am a student attending the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. At UT, I am majoring in Microbiology and maintaining a 3.18 GPA. During my education, I have had great opportunities to study the sciences and mathematics; however, history and philosophy are fun to study as well. Ten years ago, I was working in a church childcare when I developed a relationship with a little boy with autism named Connor. I enjoyed discovering Connor's special needs and distinct skill sets and soon his mother offered me a job working with him on a regular basis. I started out implementing a program developed for Connor by the Family Hope Center of Philadelphia.
