When I tutor I try and understand where they are having trouble and try to find the best way of explaining in a way that is beneficial to the student. While at Springfield College I started tutoring some of my fellow students in the areas of math and science for a little extra cash. I have always wanted to mimic the kind of tutoring I received as a struggling math student in middle school. I was never the best at math until I started to receive tutoring and everything started to click.
