I have been teaching Accounting, Finance, Auditing…and many other business courses for more than twenty-five years in different reputable AACSB Accredited Business Schools around the world including UC Berkely Extension.
I also taught hundreds of candidates for CPA, CMA, CIA, CFA, CFE exam preparation courses and many of them passed the exams and got the designation.
I teach as a practitioner, not as an academic person. I have been in the Accounting, Auditing, and Finance fields since 1991. I started as an auditor with Arthur Anderson, then moved between the Big 4 Audit firms in the world (E&Y, PWC, KPMG, and Deloitte) until reached to an Audit Manager and Senior Financial Consultant positions, managing an audit team of more than 50 auditors performing audit and providing financial consultations to multinational companies as well as government and not for profit organizations in different parts of the world.
My education background is Bachelor Degree-Major Accounting (BS); Master of Science in Accounting (MSc); Master of Business Administration (MBA); Ph.D. in Accounting and Post Doctorate Degree in Finance. In addition, I hold the following professional designations:
Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and Certified Financial Manager (CFM).
I am a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA); Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), and many other professional Institutes.
