Experience Summary
I started my college years as an education major -- specifically, Deaf and Hard of Hearing education. I switched to International Studies but still have a passion for helping others learn. In college I was the go-to person for my peers to have edit their papers, no matter the subject. I worked as an assistant in my university planetarium and observatory for three years where I was responsible for teaching college students and community members about astronomy.
Teaching Style
I have a flexible teaching style but place encouragement at the center of all of my teaching efforts. I believe in building people up to success and helping promote growth by investment.
My Hobbies
Singing, playing instruments, playing with my cat, reading (classic novels and dystopian novels are my current favorites)
