Hello! My name is David your new private CAD tutor. I would like to help with AutoCAD and 3D Autocad. If you’re a student in high school or college, I will teach the behind the scenes knowledge of both. If you're a professional, I will teach you how engineering companies use AutoCAD. My goal is to give you the tools and the know-how to becoming a fast, productive team member. Along, with troubleshooting your own solutions and understanding basic to advanced concepts for drawing and drafting. Having grown up in Denver, I've been exposed to many engineering companies in structural, high voltage, wastewater, and oil and gas. Through my 21-year career in these industries, I’ve gained a diverse range of skills, including leading, teaching, expert level CAD, project management and development of company departments. For the last four years, I have managed an engineering design department. During this time I mentored and taught designers. The past year of slow traveling European/Africa sabbatical has given me time to reflect, learn more about and how I want to contribute to a society. I believe this process has allowed me to understand and develop my learning and leadership skills. This is why I want to tutor Cad. I want to teach the new generation of drafter and engineering designers. I'm available during the week and weekend hours are by appointment only.
