Experience Summary
I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education and a New Jersey Elementary Teaching Certification. I have over seventeen years of teaching experience, mostly in early elementary and preschool education. I have an extraordinary love for teaching children how to read. I would love the opportunity to lead your child on the wonderful journey toward literacy.
Teaching Style
I create weekly lesson plans based upon your child's individual needs. Each week I devise an individualized plan of action that is both motivating and engaging. I use a hands-on multi-sensory approach to teaching math and reading that supports the new Core Curriculum standards. My motivation is inspired by the success of my students . I have impeccable references from both parents and teachers.
My Hobbies
I like to bike and swim with my family and walk my dogs. I love to explore and learn everyday. I love to read and I have a passion for teaching my students, my
children , my dogs and myself . I learn something new everyday. I love to use my imagination and I love Disney. I love games, the beach, family time
and life. I love to have the opportunity to make others sparkle and shine. My priority is to find the key to unlock the door to your child's mind in a fun and engaging way , it's what I do best.
