Experience Summary
After working for over 10 years in the corporate sector, I realized that I LOVE TEACHING! There is no greater joy than to watch a student work hard to achieve educational goals. "Learning is a treasure that will follow its owner everywhere" ~Chinese Proverb. I have worked for several years in the Utah Juvenile Court System, Family Support Center, and at multiple Middle and High Schools teaching various subjects. My emphasis in school is Social Studies but my experience reaches far beyond a single subject area. I believe in achieving nothing less than my best (my sweet mother taught me that principle), therefore, I worked extremely hard to reach the President's List every semester at Utah Valley University and maintain entry into the history honors division of Phi Alpha Theta.
Teaching Style

I believe that every child has a unique way to learn. It is the responsibility of a teacher to use the most up-to-date teaching methods in order to unlock the amazing potential of each individual student. A unique and personalized plan is developed for each student during the 1st session to ensure maximum learning is obtained. Also, learning should have a fun aspect! Students should discover a subject and enjoy the information!

Photography and Travel! My favorite city in the world is London because it has the charm of old Europe mixed with the advancements of the modern era.
