Experience Summary
I have approximately 15 years of experience in tutoring and teaching. My tutoring experience has included sociology, writing, and developmental education, while my teaching experience includes ESL, ELL, and sociology, including a wide range of specializations in sociology. Additionally, I have won an award for teaching public seminars for a Lifelong Learning program and an award for service to students.
Teaching Style
My teaching style is adaptive and conversational, through which I work toward understanding gaps in knowledge as well as in study skills. I further try to incorporate my understanding of different learning styles for my application of tutoring and teaching.
